If BYB cannot accept the request, or the customer cancels before research begins, issue a full refund.
If the agreed Aid is not delivered within 48 hours after payment and complete usable inputs—and no revised deadline was accepted—offer a full refund.
A completed custom Aid is generally not refundable merely because the recommendation is unfavorable or uncertain. Material failure to provide the described sections should first be corrected; if it cannot be corrected, issue a refund.
